We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you’re not, we want to make it right.

Regularly priced items will gladly be accepted for exchange or store credit only.  Items must be returned within (7) business days from the date your order was delivered.  All items must be received in their new, unworn condition- free of any stains or odors, including perfume.  All Sale/Clearance Items are final sale, no returns or exchanges are permitted as these items have already been reduced in price.

If a requested exchange for another size of an item is not available, we will promptly issue you a store credit excluding Shipping Costs which are non-refundable. All store credit transactions will be considered final sale, and store credit will be valid for 30 days. Store Credit cannot be combined with any discounts or promotions. Please include your original packing slip with your return or include your order number, billing name & address, and reason for your return.  Please keep the return tracking number for your return package, as we are not responsible for lost items.

Upon receipt of your package, your exchange or return will be processed promptly, within (5) business days. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been processed.

We take care to inspect all items before shipping. If for any reason your shipment contains damaged merchandise please contact us immediately, no later than (3) days after receiving your item. We will gladly send you a replacement if available, or issue store credit once your returned item is received and processed.
